This is probably the understatement of the century. 2020 has brought so much high paced learning coupled with tragedy and upheaval that many of us are just barely able to keep up.
And through it all the field of team coaching continues to evolve and grow. We’re noticing increasing awareness and need for this work in the field and oodles of learning and adaptation as a result of all the change being forced upon us in the time of pandemic and social/political upheaval.
To process this year, we’ve invited a few of our senior faculty, practitioners, and colleagues to join us for a panel discussion to sort through the year that we all wish had never happened and talk through the benefits and losses that this year has brought us.
