Experts in The Field: Featuring Ann V. Deaton

Hosted by John Sandahl on June 23rd, 2021 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am PDT

For many of us the practice of being a team coach is an exciting and richly rewarding endeavor.

The opportunity to see teams learn to communicate and collaborate more effectively can be truly inspiring.

Unfortunately, for most – this practice is solitary and at best we have a handful of collaborators with whom we can share our highs and lows.

That being said, our new Insights Webinars for 2021 feature select experts in the field of Team Coaching.

Each month we’ll be inviting an experienced practitioner of the Team Coaching International methodology to share their experience, take questions and investigate our collective work in the world.

Whether you’re an aspiring team coach or been working in the field for years – there’s always a benefit to listening to other practitioners talk through their successes and missteps.

Join us as we pool our collective curiosity and knowledge together in the hope of advancing both our own practices and the field as a whole.

This Month’s Expert

This month’s expert is Ann V. Deaton, PhD, PCC. Ann is a leadership and team coach, with a focus on enabling leaders to develop their self-awareness and leadership skills so they can be more fulfilled and effective.

Her clients are smart and creative people willing to look with fresh eyes at their challenges and opportunities, and courageous enough to take action based on their discoveries. In the process, they accomplish far greater things than they ever imagined.

Ann’s strengths as a coach are in creating the kinds of rich conversations that expand perspectives and possibilities, and then holding clients accountable for taking bold action. You, your team, your organization, and our world are changed for the better in the process.
