, a quarterly magazine for in-house corporate communications and public relations in Europe, had a fabulous article last year by Laura Bacci and we have a reprint for you to download (the magazine is a free subscription). We thought it worthwhile to post this since Ms. Bacci timeless wisdom is so worthwhile and we were quite pleased that she specifically calls out TCI's Team Diagnostic™ Assessment.

The article is entitled, "Grooming Global Teams for Success" and its abstract says this:

"In today’s globalised business landscape, high performing international teams can deliver significant competitive advantage. What role does training play in the success of these teams?

Global teams exist to meet organisational goals of reaching overseas markets, servicing clients 24/7, leveraging existing expertise across the company and implementing complex business strategies. They can be multicultural, virtual, work on a specific short-term project or a long-term business effort. Individuals can work in a team either on a full-time or part-time basis. Whatever the shape and size of the global team, its success will depend on a range of factors and training is definitely one of them."
