We recommend that you register at least 30 days in advance of the course’s start date to ensure that space is available and so that you have time to complete pre-course requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse applications to this course.
You must complete Understand & Access the Tools before attending a Master Class. Please give yourself a minimum of two weeks to complete this course.
Retake This Course
Anyone who has taken the Team Coaching Intensive or another Master Class in-person training may retake The Master Class at a discounted rate. Please contact TCI for a coupon code at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Daily Schedule & Dress
Training each day begins at 9:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm. Please plan to travel accordingly.
Dress for this event is business casual.
Please let us know if you have special needs involving access or food allergies. Lunch will be included with this course.
Meals & Travel Costs
Lunch will be provided each day. Participants are responsible for all travel costs including transportation, hotel, and meals (other than lunch each day).
Our training locations are designed for easy travel access, comfortable accommodations onsite or nearby, and proximity to restaurants. You will receive information about accommodations and transportation when you register, or you may contact us to receive this information in advance.
In order for this course to be considered complete and receive to 19.5 ICF CCEUs (16.25 core competency and 13.25 resource development) you must be present for the Master Class in its entirety unless you receive permission from the course instructor.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made in writing more than 30 days prior to the start date of the Master Class will receive a credit to another location held within 12 months of cancellation. If cancellation is made in writing less than 30 days prior to start date, a US$300 processing fee will be withheld and the difference applied to another location held within 12 months of cancellation. Cancellations made without written notice or a second cancellation will result in no refund.
