I recently got this book, and it is a fantastic read about how teams must be dynamic to react to the environment. However, people must also have a “home” team in which they feel part of a community that is similar to them to refine and refresh fundamental skills.
General McChrystal was one of the architects of the US strategy in Iraq and is known as a genius in adaptive warfare. One of my favorite quotes:
