Alexis is co-founder of Team Coaching International and a co-developer of the Team Diagnostic™ suite of diagnostic tools.

Alexis Phillips has worked with teams and been a pioneer in team development for more than 20 years.

She has served clients across a full spectrum of industries; a partial list includes Oracle, Microsoft, Corbis, ITP, Compaq Computer and Market Tools.

Alexis is the co-founder of the Team and Work Group Coaching (SIG) for the International Coach Federation.

Alexis is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training & Development.

John Sandahl is a certified team and executive coach, change-agent, speaker with years of experience helping teams and their leaders around the country achieve high performance.

He serves as Senior Faculty for Team Coaching International and has been delivering front of the room trainings for nearly 20 years. John is expert at creating powerful experiences, and he specializes in a unique blend of team coaching that takes good teams and helps them become exceptional. His specialty is helping senior leadership teams who are making the transition from “doers to leaders.”

In addition, John is a six-time national, four-time world champion as a captain of Team USA in the sport of ultimate frisbee. He also coached the US National U20 women’s team three times in the junior world championships in Finland, Vancouver and Germany where they medaled each time.

Michelle is a certified team and leadership coach, facilitator and consultant who supports clients globally. Results oriented leaders and organizations choose to work with Michelle because she enables them to improve individual, team and organizational effectiveness and deliver unprecedented business results.

She does this by bringing a strong systems perspective in her work with executive teams; leadership development; change and culture development and strategic planning. She brings over 30 years of experience working across a variety of industries including some of Canada’s Top 50 Employers.

Michelle also teaches team, leadership and organization development programs at Schulich Executive Education Centre, one of the top 15 global Business Schools. Respected as a thought leader, author and speaker, Michelle is passionate about supporting others new to the field of team coaching.

Cheryl Mann is passionate about helping teams align, communicate, build trust and break down silos to achieve better results and enhance their experience of work together. She's been a pioneer Team Coaching International practitioner since 2006, helping teams achieve outstanding Productivity and Positivity results using the Team Diagnostic™ and other TCI tools.

She is a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC) as well as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute.

Marcus Baptista is an independent business manager graduated at FGV-SP specialized in Marketing and Strategic Planning. Marcus holds a qualification in Career Counseling from New York University, Consultant Training at Adigo; Coaching Training at EcoSocial Institute and Advanced Group and Team Coaching at inviteCHANGE.

In addition, Marcus is President of the board of ICF Brazil and one of the founders of the ICF chapter in
São Paulo. He is also a coordinator and lecturer in the training program for Biographical Counseling – Biografia caminho Iniciático given by Associação Sagres.

Ester Vilajoana is a Certified Professional Coach and Trainer that works primarily with senior executives and teams. She has been appointed Business Innovation Expert Coach by the European Commission to support European key start-ups.

She is the founder of BCN COACHING SOLUTIONS and has more than 6.000 hours of experience with teams and executives.

Her mission is to have a positive and sustainable impact over time on each person and organisation she works with.

Stephan Bereiter is a Certified Team Performance Coach and Leadership Trainer who works primarily with senior executives and executive teams.

He is the co-founder of the team performance institute Lovell, Swigert & Haise and has over 18 years of experience in coaching and training teams and executives.

He is affiliated with the Dutch Institute for NLP as head trainer of the NLP Leadership Practitioner and Advanced NLP Leadership Practitioner programs.

Peter Hård is a Certified Professional Coach and Trainer that works primarily with senior executives and teams. He has had the opportunity to work with over 130, mostly multicultural leadership teams, in 30 countries. Peter is a Leadership Solutions Associate and Lead Faculty with the Center for Creative Leadership and he has been a certified coach since 2003. He has more than 6.000 hours of experience coaching teams and executives. Peter uses a number of coaching methods and models and his humor, patience, endurance and seniority is highly appreciated by his clients, partners and students, who often return for his services.
