Over my career I have experienced an organizational environments in which there is an ever expanding diversity of individuals as we each arrive from various geographical regions, cultures and times. With this rich diversity also comes the challenges of understanding, accepting and utilizing these differences for the work at hand. This research paper reveals the impact diverse values may have within a team setting as they work to accomplish their goals.
