Exercise (software team):

1. Checkin
2. Gather data
– Let the team-members individually paint a picture of the person sitting left to them (use digital whiteboard tooling or big pieces of paper)
– Round Robin share the pictures and explain design choices
– Let all team members individually think about topics that they want to become better in, write down on post-its and attach to their own picture. Also make some room for questions.
– Round Robin, everybody explains why they chose these topics
3. Analyze data
– Let all team members go around the pictures, read the topics and attach post-its on items they think they can help each other with. (Peer-eduction)
4. Decide what to do
– Discuss with the group how they want to embed this in own process
– Discuss key takeaways and actionpoints
5. Checkout
