One of the many insights from “Leading at The Speed of Trust”, by Steven Covey is a wonderful graphic that I like to share which shows the relationship of Trust via a “trust tax” or providing a “trust dividend”. I added to this equation a “conflict tax” and “cooperation dividend”. Makes for an effective and simple way to communicate the powerful impact(s) of trust. Remember, “Occam’s Razor” all things being equal the simplest solution tends to be the best one.
