Share this video with a team. Use it as a jumping off point for discussion. Ask the team to evaluate in terms of alignment, camaraderie, accountability and others of the 14 Positivity and Productivity factors. Does our team have routines we perform on a daily or weekly basis where we count on each other and have a shared vision? What are they? What happens when someone is missing or when a new team member joins our team? Could we improve some of our routines or should we shy away from being a “well oiled machine”?
