    An exercise strenghtening the following TPIs: « Goals & Strategies », « Alignement »,   « Decision Making », « Constructive Interaction », « Values Diversity ».

    A coaching strategy to support teams struggling to align on suitable action to take to reach their goal by reframing the problem as an underlying conflict between « competing needs »
    Coaching Session Outputs:
    1- Awareness of the competing needs and limiting beliefs/assumptions related.
    2- No compromise! Identification of Win-Win Solutions (if team still want to acheive both) – Challenging the Needs, Assumptions and using available ressources.

    Combining Robert Kegan & Lisa Lahey approach from their book « Immunity to Change » with the « Evaporating Cloud » from Theory Of Constraints (Eliyahu Goldratt)
