The TCI methodology speaks about workplaces where trust isn’t exercised. People stay at a nice and comfy “feelgood” state, where trust and transparency is low. So it’s important to work on that trust muscle and be clear about everybodies needs and expectations in order to be able to trust.
I have this exercise for you that helps people practice trust in a intense situation. It’s really helpful and gets a conversation going. You’ll need a couple mousetraps for it ;) Check it out.
