A team’s culture might propel team members to be proactive and take positive risks, be more open and innovative, share information, be more resilient and embrace change. However, some aspects of a team’s culture can also be toxic and hold a team back from fully being as proactive as they would like. This iceberg activity encourages exploration of strategies to address obstacles created by the team’s culture that prevents them from being a proactive team.
