    In order to protect copyright laws, the following is the link to the Johari Window, an excellent resource to build trust, communication, cohesion in teams. As you read the article, you will see that the Johari Window can be used in many ways.Under the Johari Window in a Team Context, you can access a list of adjectives which can be used as a team exercise to see how well team members know each other. In your team – 1) Check 5 or 6 adjectives from the list that best describe you;
    2) Select 3 or 4 adjectives that describe each member of your team, write them on a sheet of paper and hand them to each member; 3) Fill in the “Open Area” with adjectives that both you and at least 1 other member have selected to describe you; 4) Fill in the “Blind Area” with those adjectives others in your team used to describe you but you did not use to describe yourself. and, 5) Fill in the “Hidden Area” with adjectives you used to describe yourself but no one used to describe you. A discussion of the findings can then take place (Unknow Area is your unconscious) http://www.mindtools.com/CommSkill (The Johari Wndow – Communication Skills Training from MindTools.com)
