    Answer the two following questions about each member of your team, other than yourself:
    What is that person s single most important behavioral quality that contributes to the
    strength of the team?
    What is that person s single most important behavioral quality that detracts from the
    strength/success of the team?
    Be specific. Instead of saying “you’re so responsible!” say, “I can always count on you to
    meet your deadlines”.
    Use “I”messages. Instead of saying, “You need to get to meetings on time,” say, “I would
    appreciate it if you would be on time to meetings”.
    Focus on behavior, not on personality or personal traits.
    Step 2-sharing
