Have the team, especially if they are in a customer-facing service, write a “yelp” review that illustrates how they want to be described by customers. This gets them discussing who are the ideal customers and how they want to be thought of and talk about by them.
Then, they can discuss the actions they need to start or stop in order to generate these results.
