I find this book very relevant to Team Coaching as it views systems thinking as one of the main cornerstones for building a learning organization. Another area of focus is how Senge views team learning as very critical within an organization.
I would add to this… The Fifth Discipline Fieldbook. It’s a thick book of “strategies and tool for building a learning organization,” which is the language used in The Fifth Discipline. It’s a great source for finding exercises that teach systems thinking, and help a system understand itself.
