    Hi All, I created this and wanted to share.
    TLV Debrief Agenda
    Introduction:
    – What is team coaching?
    – Why now?
    – What are the outcomes you are hoping for?
    – What business metric would be most impacted?
    – If this goes well, what would be different?
    Report Overview:
    Explain the report and how it works
    – Page 6: Two dimensions
    – Page 7: The Quad:
    o Have you ever been on a high / high team, what was it like?
    o If you had to guess where does your team fall?
    – Page 9: 8 dimensions of productivity: Which is most important for delivering the strategy?
    – Page 10: 8 dimensions of positivity: Which is most important for delivering the strategy?
    – Page 13: Explain
    – Page 19:
    The TLV Results:
    Coaching Questions:
    – What’s your reaction?
    – How is your leadership impacting these scores?
    – Where are you noticing strengths?
    – What scores do you want to improve?
    – How did you score on the areas you said are most important?
    – What’s really getting in the way of performance here?
    – What do you want different on this team?
    – Where do you see your leadership showing up in this data?
    – If you had to guess, where are you most out of alignment with the rest of the team?
    – What part of this do you want to responsibility for?
    – What have you been thinking about changing, but haven’t got to yet?
    – Now that you have seen this data, does it change anything for you?

    Wrap Up:
    What do you think it will take for the team to trust and engage in this process?
    Where do we go from here?
