Practice of Authenticity is a way of promoting constructive interaction among each other.
Facilitation points for teaching Authenticity:
• Authenticity is a “Practice” NOT a way of being – We have to choose it.
• Authenticity builds Credibility.
• Influence effort are Inversely proportional to your credibility
• Authenticity creates “Movement” through the building blocks of Trust
• It is an Adaptive skillThe session has 2 parts. Part 1 applies to the individual embracing authenticity and Part 2 applies to the team, as a whole, embracing authenticity. budget about 70 mins for Part 1 and 90 mins for Part 2.
