Two specific items in this book I find teams always find helpful:
The Trust Formula as discovered and practiced between actors in improvisational theatre. Businesses particularly appreciate the imapct of “risk” in the formula.
Also the whole idea of learning how to see everything as “an offer”, so that you and the team can create from it. This is a huge gift to many teams.
