    I am really appreciating Brian Emerson and Kelly Lewis’ book Navigating Polarities: Using Both/And Thinking to Lead Transformation. While it may be obviously relevant to the Values Diversity positivity strength, I find it even more useful in Constructive Interaction. Being able to see and talk about a polarity (e.g., I like flexibility and you like structure) in a way that values both of our wisdom is a powerful tool when working with teams where their differences have become divisive, and there are winners and losers. Happy to talk with anyone about the polarities approach, and how to use it with teams.
