Zin Obelisk Game

I do a lot of work with high tech teams and so sometimes I find that giving them an “engineering” type exercise/activity a helpful place to start talking about the various TPI factors, in particular the positivity factors. They are typically pretty uncomfortable with direct conversations about how they are as a team but this activity helps to warm them up! I have used the Zin Obelisk game a fair bit and find that it leads to a very rich conversation about how they approached the task and in particular information sharing. How a team does Zin Obelisk is how a team does everything :)
