The certification consists of two instructor-led programs that are delivered virtually via Zoom, along with a series of self-paced learning modules. The first program in the learning journey is our "Master Class." The second program is our “Accelerated Learning Practicum.”

The Master Class is a set of 6 highly experiential instructor-led virtual 4-hour workshops that develop your proficiency as a team coach. Upon completion of the Master Class you will be equipped to structure and confidently deliver a comprehensive team coaching engagement.

The Master class:

• Equips you with 5 team coaching competencies and associated skills
• Provides you the opportunity to experience team coaching in 10 team scenarios adapted from actual TCI coaching engagements
• Prepares you with 12 highly experiential exercises that can be used to shift a team’s dynamics
• Integrates the Team Diagnostic™ Model and Assessment as a key differentiator in your team coaching

The Accelerated Learning Practicum is a set of 6 instructor-led 90-minute workshops and hours of on-line self-paced learning modules that provide you the opportunity to deepen your learning from the Master Class and apply team coaching tools and methods to actual client engagements. During accelerated learning you will:

• Sharpen your proficiency with the 5 team coaching competencies and associated skills through real-life application
• Deepen your understanding and coaching application of the 14 Team Performance Indicators measured by the Team Diagnostic™ Assessment
• Learn to position and sell Team Diagnostic™-based Team Coaching
• Participate in a 1-hour private Team Diagnostic tutorial with a senior TCI faculty member
