Come Alive
Course Objective: To practice team coaching skills of UAT, AL & MC course work, with real teams, making your newly learned skills, come alive.
What you get:
a) Mentors who will support and supervise a small coaching cohort of 6 student, while coaching a real business team, with a follow up session with the mentor a cohort, to debrief the experience
b) Project Leaders who serve as a communication bridge between clients, mentors, and students.
Real Team Makeup:
- Existing Clients who have experienced team coaching from a TCI facilitator, whose had positive feedback and would like to extend team coaching to other Business Units or other teams within the organization
- Existing Clients who would like to try team coaching in their organization.
- Back up clients – new clients with trusted relationships with TCI
