Reinforces some of the principals of TCI ie Trust, Good conflict and debate, peer accountability, focus on the One team etc. Provides exercises and an assessment. Some good videos of Patrick online – some are quite funny yet real!
I love this book! Helped me guide a team that was in desperate need of the insights and process. Has stood the test of time. THanks! jennifer
