Good cross training with Team Coaching methods by TCI. The authors’ five-dimensional approach emphasizes that leadership is more effective when it incorporates the expertise and leadership of many vs. an outdated “Command, Control Correct” mentality of only one leader. Effective teams allow for such leadership to come forward and for the organization, teams and individuals to blossom and thrive.
