I was introduced to this book by one of my coaching clients. She asked if we could use it to support her development, so we decided to read it together as a small book group! The author provides guidance about how to develop the courage to dare to lead, by being curious, open, and vulnerable. To support application of the learnings, there is a companion website for the book, complete with various resources such as a read along guide for teams, checklists, and assorted other materials.
