“How To Measure Leadership Effectiveness: 14 Essential Tips” (see link below)
Found this article on Forbes and thought that this helps view Leadership from different angles. It does not, however, discuss the ability of team members to step up as leaders as needed–which is a key part of TCI’s Leadership TPI. It’s helpful to think about Leadership from different angles.
