This is the follow up to the Arbinger Institute’s Book ‘Leadership and Self Deception’.
“The Anatomy of Peace” shows you how to: focus on helping things go right, rather than ‘fixing’ things that go wrong; think about others as people with fears of their own, not obstacles in your way; stop worrying about how the world sees you; and, learn to move away from blame and bitterness. Welcome to a world without conflict.

I love, love, love this book! From the concept of being either a heart at peace or a heart at war (with no middle ground), to the four boxes we can find ourselves in — Better Than, I Deserve, Need to Be Seen, and Worse Than. This is an incredibly rich book.
