For me so far one of the best books for very practical creative and fun exercises for teams. The author has a background in improv theatre and the first part of the book talks about the peculiarities of improv theatre and what you can take from it as a team coach.
Part 2 comprises a huge array of exercises, some of which you might recognise and a lot of new ones (at least for me) for inspiration.
