This is a great book about probably the best sporting team ever – the All Blacks rugby team. What I love about it is how closely it tracks the message of Team Diagnostics. And it is also instructive to see just how much importance they place on the team agreements they have put in place – 15 of them. The one I particularly like is rule no 6 ‘No dick heads’ – needs no explanation! So many great questions and quotes to use as well – take this one “A culture of asking and re-asking fundamental questions cuts away unhelpful beliefs in order to achieve clarity of execution. Humility allows us to ask a simple question: how can we do this better?”
This is an inspiring book that gives me great confidence in the work I do with teams because there are so many familiar references in this book – and our TCI work is right on the money!
