As defined by TCI Values Diversity : The team is open-minded and values differences in ideas, backgrounds, perspectives, personalities, approaches and lifestyles. Diversity is considered vital.

When it comes it comes to values diversity many of us are not as open or flexible as we assume we are due to our worldview and cultural upbringing. Until we experience others who have drastically diverse of values from our own, we often are not aware of the values we hold ourselves. This awareness is the key to becoming flexible when working toward increased positivity as it relates to Value Diversity.
